Questions clients ask
Our project is small. Is this for us?
For projects under about ₹5 crore we usually recommend PMO as a Service rather than full PMC: the same discipline at a lighter cost.
Do you take commissions from equipment suppliers?
Never. On your project we are paid only by you, and that is written into our engagement terms. If you would like our separate BTM Solutions arm to quote for equipment, it can bid only with your written agreement before the request for quotation, with independent scoring and its margin stated on the quotation.
Can you take over a project that is already running?
Yes. Start with a Health Check. Within 2–4 weeks you will know where you stand and what it will take to recover.
