Every approval earned on merit
BizTek’s Government Interaction Code applies to the Founder, partners, every associate and every lead partner, on every engagement.
Our commitments
- No undue advantage, ever. We do not offer, promise or give any gift, payment or favour to a public official to influence a decision.
- The client pays authorities directly. BizTek never collects or passes on fees, deposits or charges payable to government bodies.
- Official channels first. We use official portals and published procedures wherever they exist.
- Every contact is logged. Meetings, calls and correspondence with authorities are recorded in the engagement file.
- Refuse, record, report. Any improper request is refused, recorded and reported to the client and BizTek management within 24 hours.
- Cooling-off for former officials. We do not engage former officials on matters before their former office for two years after they leave it.
- We walk away. If a client asks us to cut corners, we end the engagement.
Owner’s side, always
On client projects, BizTek and its associates accept no money or benefit from vendors, contractors, lenders, distributors or labs. Our fees come only from the client who engages us, on written terms.
Selling kept separate from advising
Technology supply happens only through BizTek BTM Solutions, a separate arm with its own books. Every quotation names BTM Solutions as the seller and states its margin. Where BizTek is helping a client choose vendors, BTM Solutions may bid only with the client’s written agreement before the request for quotation, and an independent reviewer scores the bids. If our advice and a sale point different ways, the advice wins.
Fair to candidates
BizTek Talent charges only employers, never candidates, and does not approach the staff of a client we are working with, during the engagement or for 12 months after.
Annual declaration
Every associate and lead partner signs this Code when they join and renews their declaration every year.

If you believe anyone acting for BizTek has broken this Code, please write to consulting@biztek.in with “Integrity” in the subject line. Concerns go directly to the Founder.
