Associate Consultant
Take on CXO-on-Call roles, write and review DPRs, manage projects or lead supporting services as part of a BizTek team, on a written revenue share.
Lead Partner
Introduce clients and projects to BizTek. When an introduction becomes an engagement, you receive a written share of the fees, and credit for follow-on work within the credit period.

Who we are looking for
Senior, hands-on, trusted
Typically [15]+ years in your field, with senior or leadership roles and hands-on delivery. Based in Kerala, Bangalore, the rest of India, or Dubai and the Gulf.
- CXO roles: CEO/MD, COO/Plant Head, CTO, CFO, CMO/Sales, Quality, Supply Chain
- DPR authors, financial analysts, technical and market specialists
- Project directors, project managers, planning & controls specialists
- Specialists in SMT and PCBA process, cleanrooms and utilities, semiconductor packaging, commissioning and qualification
- Funding & incentive, approvals & liaison, go-to-market and export specialists
- Sector experts for adjacent and partner-led industries

- Owner’s side only: no money or benefit from vendors, contractors or lenders on BizTek client work

How it works

Questions applicants ask
Do I have to leave my current job or practice?
No. Associates are independent consultants. You declare any conflicts of interest, and you choose the assignments you take on.
Is it exclusive?
No, apart from the clients you work with through BizTek, where non-solicitation terms apply as set out in the agreement.
How and when am I paid?
Your share is set out in writing for each assignment and paid after BizTek receives the client’s payment, net of statutory deductions such as TDS.
Can I bring my own clients?
Yes. As a Lead Partner you receive a written share for introductions that become engagements, and you can also be part of the delivery team.
I am based in the Gulf. Can I apply?
Yes. Dubai is one of our three locations, and we welcome associates across the region.
