Associate applications: your contact details, professional background, expertise, availability, profile text and a link to your CV.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to assess applications to join our network. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Consent
We process the information you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on our forms, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) acting on our behalf. Our email is hosted by [email provider].
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for up to [24 months], unless we enter into an engagement or agreement with you, in which case our contract terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to consulting@biztek.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
