Bankable, not just presentable
Every number traces to a source. We never stretch assumptions just to pass a lender test.
Owner’s side, always
On your project we are paid only by you. No commissions from vendors, contractors, lenders, distributors or labs. Technology supply happens only through our separate BTM Solutions arm, with its margin disclosed.
Red stays red
Delays, overruns and risks are reported as they are, and early, to you, your board and your lender.
Clean approvals
No gifts or “speed money” to any official, ever. You pay authorities directly, and every contact is logged.
