Our rules: you pay the lab directly and we take no commission from any lab. We prepare you; the lab tests and the certifying body certifies. Results are reported as they are.

Our rules: certified courses are taught only by certified trainers. Every programme is measured before, after and 60 days later on the shop floor.

Our rules: BTM Solutions is a separate arm. Every quotation names us as the seller and states our margin. We always show at least one option we do not sell.

How we keep selling separate from advising
- No commissions on our advice. When BizTek advises you, we take nothing from vendors, contractors, lenders or labs.
- Supply only through BTM Solutions, with its own books and team, and the margin written on every quotation.
- Your choice, in writing. If we are helping you choose vendors, BTM Solutions may bid only if you agree before the request for quotation, and an independent reviewer scores the bids.
- Advice wins. If our advice and a sale point in different directions, you get the advice and we drop the sale.
