Who is Mike Lindell: The 59-year-old Mike Lindell, a known Donald Trump supporter, is best known as the pillow magnate. He was accused of fanning conspiracy theories that voting fraud led to Trump’s loss in the recently concluded US elections. Last month Dominion Voting System had filed a defamation suit against MyPillow CEO for $1.3 billion for making and spreading baseless claims about the company’s voting machines. Frank: Mike Lindell confirmed that the new social media platform will be launched in 10 to 14 days. Lindell is promoting Frank as a free speech platform. The webpage describes the reason for a new social platform and says that Frank “will be the platform for Americans who want to defend life, liberty, and all the freedoms that have marked America as the longest running Constitutional Republic in the history of the world.”
The site will allow users to “post videos, Livestream television, distribute news and information, and find community and fellowship with like-minded Americans.”
User incentive: Lindell is planning to incentivize users who get banned by large platforms like YouTube.
Speaking to Metaxas Lindell said, “As soon as you get kicked off of YouTube, you’re getting a bonus. Because then you’re actually speaking out free speech and you’re not worrying about what Mr. Alphabet and Mr. Google say about us, or Suck-a-buck or Dorkey and all these people that try and control us here.”
